Our Custom Design Process

Development

Inspiration comes in all forms — it can be a pattern, a texture, and even a color. At Carpet Kingdom we delve into the smallest details when it comes to personalized rugs and carpets. We look to bridge the gap between the final output that is in the client’s mind and what is manufactured. We look at the images of the space of the customer and then create different design render options across several color variants that we feel will suit the space. We also take into consideration factors like maintenance, cost, and functionality.

We also work forward from the client’s vision — something they have envisioned, seen somewhere, experienced, etc. Based on the brief, we create and render options using technology and our experience that can add textures, finishes, and even different levels of weaves. This helps the client understand exactly what the carpet would look like in its finished form.

Once the design renders are approved, we then get into the finer details-

Type of carpet– whether it is hand knotted, tufted or woven – we take the client through the differences between each of them, outlining the advantages, limitations etc.

Yarns– we offer a wide variety of yarn options to choose from- this can be wool, bamboo silk, real silk, jute, pet or a combination of these.

Textures and finishes– once the material is selected we then get into textures—loop or cut or mixed pile, flat or high pile— or a combination of these.

Color selection– this is the final step where we guide and help the client select the colors of each element in the design render. We have an extensive color bank to choose from.

Production

The most important aspect in the production of your carpet for us is to ensure that it conforms with every required quality check, at every level. Our Supervisors carefully oversee the production of the carpet as per your approved requirements. At all stages of production we diligently follow eco-friendly practices and ensure that there is the least impact on the environment, with a minimal carbon footprint.

Delivery

Once the rug is ready, before its dispatch it is carefully packed using recyclable/recycled materials and shipped out. We have partnered with some of the world’s leading logistic companies for quick and safe deliveries within the country and all over the world – by land, air, or sea.
